Sending In Your LNC System For Assessment

If You Need to Send Your LNC System to 64seconds

Please follow this process:

1. First, please send us a message now by tapping the Compose button (top right). We'll email or call you and give you an RMA. This helps us keep track of customers' equipment and expedite service.
2. Send your LNC with all equipment provided by 64seconds, but not your phone or iPad, in its Pelican carry case to:

We will determine whether repairs are needed and, if your LNC is out of warranty, contact you with a quote before undertaking any work. Typically our turn-around time is less than a week.
