If You Need to Send Your LNC System to 64seconds
Please follow this process:
- First, please send us a message now by tapping the Compose button (top right). We'll email or call you and give you an RMA. This helps us keep track of customers' equipment and expedite service.
- Send your LNC with all equipment provided by 64seconds, but not your phone or iPad, in its Pelican carry case to:

We will determine whether repairs are needed and, if your LNC is out of warranty, contact you with a quote before undertaking any work. Typically our turn-around time is less than a week.
