1. Things to check first:
- Your 5-digit LNC Base serial number, on the Base's label, is entered correctly.
- The LNC Base is powered on (solid red LED).
- Your iOS device (iPod touch, iPad or iPhone) does not have a low-battery indication.
- Wi-Fi is turned on in the iOS device Settings app.
2. Connect the LNC Base to Your iOS Device.
Follow these steps, continue even if you see a warning message:
- Tap the blue Connect button, on success the bullseye will turn green.
- Tap the Action button (top right) and select Base Status. The LNC Base battery indicator will turn green on successful communication. If it turns yellow or red, charge the Base.
- Tap the Action button and select Scan For Sensors.

3. If All Else Fails.
